| Natasha N.
Hardeman, M.D., FACOG |
Natasha N. Hardeman, M.D., FACOG, was born,
raised, and educated in Greenwood, Mississippi. She was
graduated third in her class from Greenwood High School
in 1991. She pursued undergraduate studies at Tougaloo
College on a full academic scholarship and was graduated
Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in
Chemistry. Dr. Hardeman completed medical school at the
University of Mississippi School of Medicine and
completed her residency program at Mercer University in
Macon, Georgia.
Dr. Hardeman began her medical
career in Obstetrics and Gynecology in community health
at Jackson-Hinds Comprehensive Health Care Center in
Jackson, Mississippi. There she served as the Director
of Women’s Health for five years. She is currently a
practicing partner at East Lakeland OB/Gyn Associates,
P.A., and is Board Certified by the American Board of
Obstetrics and Gynecology. She maintains memberships on
the medical staffs of three local hospitals: River Oaks
Hospital, Woman’s Hospital, and St. Dominic’s Hospital.
She previously held privileges at Central Mississippi
Medical Center where she served as Chief of OB/Gyn in
2004 and 2005. Dr. Hardeman is also a member of Alpha
Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Central Mississippi Medical
Society, and is a Fellow in the American College of
Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Hardeman
enjoys speaking at churches and schools about health
care issues that affect women and young girls. She also
devotes her time cultivating a healthy lifestyle as an
aerobics teacher and is an avid runner. She has a
special interest in adolescent gynecology and minimally
invasive surgery procedures. Dr. Hardeman is passionate
about “women taking care of themselves both physically
and mentally because they are the backbone of our
families.”
Married to Mr. Willie Moore, a
businessman in Jackson, Mississippi, she balances her
profession with the duties and privileges of being a
wife and a mother of one daughter.
